This is Angela's 6th year coaching for Delta Force. Angela gained a great deal of her strength and conditioning knowledge during her twelve years in competitive swimming. After high school, Angela swam at Missouri State University for two years. Angela has coached many different age divisions with Delta Force. Angela is IMPACT and CAP I certified.
